Method Marine Supply Ltd.

Method Marine supplies quality fuel and lube oils, marine hardware, fishing gear, propane, scuba gear, and equipment to our West Coast Customers. Method Marine employs seven full time and two part time employees.

It was July 1999 when Method Marine Supply Ltd. purchased the Chevron Canada properties on the Tofino waterfront becoming the first independent marine fuel facility in Tofino. Formerly under Ocean West Industries Ltd. (1974), the facility was commonly known as Ocean West, or The Fuel Dock, or even Whitey's.

Now under the banner of Method Marine Supply Ltd., the facility is still all in the family with Steve, Ruby, and Whitey Bernard as the shareholders. Steve is president and also general manager of Method Marine.
